Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

  • Spain and Europe: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • USA: Orders usually take between 6 to 10 business days after processing to be delivered.

Please be aware that these delivery estimates begin once your shipping confirmation email is sent, not from the date of order placement.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Locations:

  • Currently, we ship to the European Union and the USA.

Important Information:

  • We strongly suggest shipping to a permanent address. Karaïbe cannot be held responsible if a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a temporary address being provided, and the package is not retrieved in time. If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend contacting the postal service to return the package to the sender or to arrange a forwarding address. 
  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If your package status indicates "returned to sender" or "undelivered," please reach out to us for guidance on how to recover or resend your order.
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been processed and shipped.

International Deliveries:

  • If an international delivery (especially to a country with customs duties) is refused by the customer, Karaïbe reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees (for the return to sender). These costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Delivery dates for Pre-Order items are estimated and not guaranteed. These items may experience delays or cancellations during production. Due to the nature of pre-orders, they are typically final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any concerns about your pre-order, please contact us at hello@karaibe-spain.com.
